The Transitions Program is open to anyone interested in exploring his/her career opportunities.

Participants should meet the following criteria:

• Have intermediate or better written and oral English skills
• Be comfortable working in a group environment
• Be able to make the commitment to attend every day of the 3 weeks
• Be ready, willing and available to take steps towards their new career/job goals immediately following the program
• Be open to additional education, training or upgrading (including GED, language skills, job search programs) if required to facilitate re-entering the workforce
